“ We were a family of four adults and two children, aged two and five, and had booked our table for 17.30. It was the first time at this restaurant and we had no preconceptions as to what we would find. The greeting, as we entered it, was warm and friendly and our table was ready and waiting. Our drinks order was taken and they arrived quickly. Our food order was taken soon after and we looked forward to it arriving. When it did it looked and smelt delicious. The grilled meats were succulent and tasted great, with the accompanying salads, rice etc, adding to the complete sense of a meal well prepared and presented. The overall dining experience at Askin's is fast and friendly but without feeling rushed. The food is very good for the price and we shall definitely be returning. ”

Complimentary warm flat bread and dips were provided whilst I waited for my food tombe prepared. I would definitely visit again. ”

My wife had the sea bass w sauteed potatoes which she said was delicious & I had the vegetarian guvec, which is basically a kind of veg stew in halep sauce which was lovely.
